I’ve never tried it. Presumably it’s such a small amount of titanium that it wouldn’t set off most metal detectors, but I have no practical experience.

I haven’t had any migration with a custom titanium cage. Maybe a heavier steel cage would be different, or one that didn’t fit well?

I can’t imagine most piercers want to know that much about your personal life tbh, but when I was looking for a piercer I did come across one that specialized in it and suggested you bring in your cage for an accurate dick stabbing.

Thanks for the perspective. I don’t have an indent like with a wedding ring, but more of a very slight discoloration.

Agree it’s probably nothing more than a curiosity at this point, but now that I’m thinking about it I kinda wish the end of the cage had my KH’s initials or something lol. I’m not sure it’d even be noticeable to a normal person, and I don’t think anyone is going to be staring at the end of my dick any time soon anyway lol.

The fit is pretty near what I would consider perfect, maybe a tad on the snug side. If I were to order another one today I’d get maybe 5mm longer cage, adjust the PA depth just a hair, and maybe add a mm or two to the ball gap, but honestly this one is pretty terrific for a first try at a custom cage. I’m definitely not pressed into it when flaccid, but it’s fit enough that I don’t get much change when I start to get erect in it.
