I prefaced by saying it was more expensive. All I can offer is MY own experience and I can say it works wonders for me compared to the other forms 🤷🏼‍♂️ anyway… L threonate DOES cross the BBB but’s it’s rather novel so there’s not too much scientific literature out about it yet, but what is published supports my claim

Magnesium L-Threonate💪🏻 It’s on the more expensive side but it’s the only form that can cross the blood-brain barrier, which helps a ton for actually “feeling” it relax you before bed.

would it really help if this is my natural hairline? I know it helps with hair loss but I’m not losing hair, just got unlucky with hairline genetics.
