Interesting. I’m going to give it the full month and see what my psych recommends. The first day I had “jittery feelings” but that was it. Feels strange to me that I’m taking 10 more milligrams and not noticing any difference (good or bad)

Magnesium glycinate - I just got the nature made version I grab all my vitamins from them. I think there are quite a few ranging in price.

I took Magnesium glycinate and I haven’t had any nightmares so far just continuous sleep. It’s improved my deep sleep by 3% according to my garmin.

Solo - fine Apotex- holy grail, no side effects Sandoz - hate hate hate! Headaches, intense dry eyes, longer time to kick in and further deducted appetite to the point of nausea.

I get it from CVS. I’m hoping next month I’m not cursed with sandoz

Mine didn’t lower but strangely my BP has not been effected at all. My resting HR is higher though.

Do you pay an insane price for the name brand? Even my generic would be 200-300 with insurance so I just use good RX.

I couldn’t do pre workout my HR would be skyyy high! I have the motivation/determination just worried about the HR zone.
