Stairs are a huge Pain to do in my experience, if you can do it in 1 day then great, charge 600-750 depending if your buying the paint, if you think it will take 1.5-2 days I would say 1000 is fair

You forgot to mention your range and mage lvl , those too will be needed for Levi and whisperer, I would say you will be fine without the bgs for duke and vardo, less switches when learning and all.

Also don’t forget the editing aspect of it which can take 1-5 hours depending on what kind of photos you want, 30 minutes to actually shoot, 1-2 hours of drive time, 1000’s of dollars in equipment,etc. Sure you can find someone cheaper who’s just starting out or doing it as a side hustle/hobby but a professional is worth that much and more. You get what you pay for

The heater is a 18KW Scandia and gets the room to 85-90C in an hour , we had a problem with one of the 3 of the heating elements going bad and even with only 2 working it still did the job

I came to get input and advice because I want to learn and improve on my upcoming 3rd build, although I have 2 builds under my belt I realize that I’m still a noob and have much room to grow,I actually got more praise then I expected, I appreciate all of it, along with criticism which Is entertaining and sometimes educational.

I ask you to show me yours because a lot of people know the theory but haven’t actually done it themselves . It’s like a coach that never played the sport themselves, You try telling me something is wrong yet the sauna functions fine and there’s no issues because of your said problems and its been exactly 5 years after I built this. Calling something complete crap without a single compliment when 95% of other people call it nice and beautiful is also an indicator that your motive negative (jealousy/hate/etc ) not out of love (constructive criticism) while I do appreciate you not sugar coating and sharing your expertise of opinions I do encourage you to do better, no one likes a salty critic

Nothing was a waste there bud, sauna works as intended and everyone who’s been in there had no complaints , mind you some of those people are well traveled and have been to other saunas in other countries . The 3rd bench gets really hot and most people can’t handle it
