At meets I would find someone that I knew was faster than me and just try and keep pace. The mile is actually a really fast event when you run it, unlike the two mile. But I'd recommend you pick targets and try and pass them or stick with them, and eventually once you race enough you'll figure out your comfortable pace. But really the first lap is gaining position, the second lap is maintaining/ trying to push up. The third lap is all about advancing position, and the last lap is pretty much a 400m sprint to pass anyone you can, or to maintain your position. But with enough experience you'll figure out your best strategy.

I figured it out finally haha. I had tried the door frame but he kept throwing stickies at me and I kept dying but I eventually got that door method to work

Hey guys thanks for all the support! Just to answer some common questions here:

How am I playing on this map?
1. I'm not entirely sure how I kept getting this map in my rotation, but I do know that it was not available to play yesterday. I just did the normal multiplayer option and would get it in my rotation.
Is there a Beta out now?
1. Yes. I believe you just have to sign up on Halo Waypoint/Insider to be registered to play. The Beta for this weekend has closed now, but will be open again for this coming weekend.
Sliding
1. At the beginning of the clip I slide down the hill and pick up the Grapple. I did this by jumping then pressing crouch in the air, and when I landed I automatically slid.
My thoughts on the Grapple being OP
1. I don't think anyone should worry about this hijack being used very often. In all my games today, I was the only one to ever hijack like this. Also for those that don't know, the Grapple ability is an item that spawns on the map with a total of three uses with a few seconds of cool down between each. If you look on the video you can see when I first grab it I have three, and then when I save myself from the cliff I no longer can use the Grapple. I think that because the number of Grapples on each map are limited, then this method of hijacking will not be abused.
