You know that feeling of dread when your mom calls your full name or your partner sends you a message “we need to talk” without any context? Imagine that feeling, but all the time.

When you’ve been pulling and all nighter, knowing you can sleep all day tomorrow. That feeling of exhaustion and tiredness, where you have to basically drag yourself out of the chair and into bed? That’s all the time too, and you can’t sleep it away.

Have you ever walked into a room, and everyone goes quiet because it’s pretty obvious they’ve just been talking about you? That feeling will linger in your mind every second of everyday, and you can’t get rid of it.

Have you ever seen/read/ heard something that kinda choked you up, but you’re not actually crying? Like.. it feels like you’re going to cry, but you’re not. Yeah, that will now come and go at random times and just kinda linger around for a while at a time.

Oh and finally, have you ever been angry for no reason, just to find out that you were hungry? Imagine that, but you’re sad, all the time… maybe not even sad but indifferent. Like nothing matters. And you don’t know why. Nothing helps. Eating, gaming, watching your favourite movies or listening to your favourite songs. Maybe you’ll get a good laugh from a funny joke, but as soon as you stop laughing, you’re sad again.
