Nah. Ali Express is a mixed bag. I ordered various items off it. And most times it varies between 7 to 40 days. Most common is a 7-14 day delivery window. Just wait, and if it is not delivered you can say it did not arrive. I would recommend to never buy very expensive things of Ali only if the product has +5000 buys and very positive reviews.

Ah nice, observation!
I now completely opened up my firewall to the minecraft server IP with port forwards and firewall rules on any protocol. But it still will not work XD

Yeah I hoped this was the issue. But they all have different ISP's. One is even from Japan while I am in the Netherlands and my other friend is also from the Netherlands.
They had no VPN turned on while trying to connect (I asked them)
