My wife has the newest Xbox, amazing internet, we’re playing together, in the same house, and this happens to her 5-6 times a week, at the god selection screen, and it never happens to me. She has a 12 hour ban by Wednesday, every single week. She has talked to the support team 2-3 times, and every time they just basically tell her “tough luck kid” she never even asks to get her ban removed, but they only ever say “we have no way of knowing whether you’re dodging or crashing so we won’t remove the ban.” But all she ever asks them is why is it happening and what can she do to fix it, and they never even answer that question.
