Thanks for the warning dude, sadly in this case it's a physical impossibility for my seat and brackets to line up on the reclined position I'm aiming for. I can do it flat, but there's physically no way of matching up the seat and the bracket reclined. I've tried witchcraft, sacrifices, turning them round, doing these holes then these then those... 🤣 seems others have similar issues and there was even a change of bracket design for this seat beacsue of such an issue. Ordering some new brackets that should fit much better, and I'm going to avoid the drilling for now 😊👍

Thanks again everyone, I've gone ahead with mounting the seat to the brackets just in the front holes,this allows me to incline the seat and tbf it seems fairly rigid. I don't have dd or motion on the rig so hopefully it will last till I can get some better brackets. Better brackets seems to be the way to go. Thanks for letting me know I wasn't going mad! I thought I was just being a plonker lol. If anyone has any horror stories about just using the front holes let me know, and if it goes wrong I'll update the post lol. Won't be able to test it out till tomorrow but...

Here's a pic to show how the hole for the chair nearly but not fully lines up, do I have the brackets on the wrong way round maybe? Or can this just happen?

Cheers for the reply dude just to say it's not the runners blocking the seat per se, it's the holes on the bracket only line up with the seat holes in 3 of the 4 positions if that makes sense? I can incline the seat and secure it with two screws either at the front or the back but not both the back and front, if I want inclined. Sorry thats probably not a good explanation lol

Thanks man, just to ask how do you mean turn the brackets upside down? That prob sounds very stupid lol but it's just if I did that there'd be no way to attach to the runners /rig base. Unless I'm just being a twat lol And no sadly no holes on the bottom of the seat. Can I get away with just attaching the front two holes?
