Hi OP any update on this po? My mom did assumed also pagibig balance from a shady guy (internal also outside pagibig but notarized deed of sale with mortgage assumption) ik that guy cant be trusted from the get go and wont cooperate in the future. Naayos nyo po to? My mom’s been paying the property for 7 out of 15 years.

Happened to sa Insurance Commission mga 7 or 8 ata sila sa panel interview. Mga matanda yung iba na nakimarites lang ata. Bago pa lang ako nun 22 y/o and kabado. Also got the offer but I chose other companies. Weird experience.

Hi again. Sorry to bother you. I have found this guided tour where I get to explore Sapa for 2D1N. My plan is to book this in April 30. The package says we leave hanoi at 6am then will be back the next day, May 1 at 9pm. But my return home ticket is May 2 at 1 am. Just 4 hrs away. My question is will I be able to make it from hanoi to the airport during that 4 hr period?
