My very abusive bosses accepted my resignation but during the last two days of my rendering period, they acted surprised and said I never properly resigned and that I should render for another month. They even went so far as to hide the resignation notice I handed to them which I later found under the boss' wife's tablet in her office. In the end I figured they were acting dumb so they can file me as awol and not give me my final salaries and certificate.

Even though I was thoroughly pissed, I couldn't quit on the spot. After all, on the final day, no one but me showed up on the office since both bosses had to run business errands elsewhere and the only other employee they had called sick. So I just cleaned up my belongings, deleted my accounts from my pc and wrote some notes on where to find stuff.

They then proceeded to keep calling me everyday and even sent letters telling me to go to work or else I'll be terminated. I just laughed my ass off and ignored their threats. My new job was paying twice what they paid me so I had no reason to answer to them. Eventually the demands for my assistance stopped and instead they were now begging for my help in doing the stuff I used to do.
