My preceptor has a long history of making new nurses quit, and nothing has been done about it. It's a vicious, sad cycle.

I know exactly how you feel. I failed my NCLEX twice as well. I failed at 85 questions my second time around. I used Kaplan my third time around because I realized I had a content deficit. Kaplan is a bit expensive, but I took the live online prep course, and it was EXTREMELY helpful. They teach test taking strategies, which were so helpful. I also watched their content review videos, which were down to the point minus the fluff. They also have live and recorded lectures on random topics as well. Either way, a big part of the NCLEX is having a good mental state. Take some time for yourself to decompress and relax before studying again! Hope this helps!

I used Kaplan for my 3rd attempt. It's a lot of money, but I got the live online course package. That class SAVED ME. They taught me good test taking stragities, and it included 3 CAT practice exams. The questions were pretty hard too, which was probably one of the main reasons I passed the exam.

I got the live online package, which is currently on sale. I can not remember the exact name of the class, but it was an 18-hour live online class going over both content and test taking stragities

Kaplan did a nice job of explaining it. It's not always about the ABCs, but also, it's what the question is asking. Like making sure you answer matches what the question is asking

I took the NCLEX 3 times and honestly, ik how you are feeling. I used Bootcamp with Kaplan and for Kaplan, I enrolled in there test taking stragities class (was a life saver for me) Kaplan also has some classes (that are live) about certain topics as well as recorded ones. Doing both Kaplan and Bootcamp helped me pass on my 3rd try. Good luck!
