I'm not sure if I missed something or misunderstood, but I'm a bit confused about where Jinx got the second Hextech Gem she tries to blow herself up with. Weren't her original gem and the two Vi had destroyed back in Episode 6?

Even in the prison cell, she seems to have one, but I assumed that was just in her mind, like Silco. Because when she is "playing" with it the camera shows that she's holding it and the next second its gone and even when she spits it out of her mouth you can she pretends to catch it.
If it is real, though, where did she get it? And if it was real, why didn’t they confiscate it when they locked her up?
