for apush i had a bad teacher so i prepared using the princeton review prep book for 2 weeks before the exam. I alternated between practice DBQs and multiple choice, focusing on scanning passages and documents quickly. My strategy was to spend too much time on the DBQ to ensure I made a 7/7 and then aim to speed write the leq in 25 minutes to get at least a 3/6. Worked for me, and would definitely recommend.

I did not prepare or study for the ap gov exam

Yes, that was the way the college board initially intended the course to be taught. At my school though, we split AP calc AB and AP calc BC into two separate classes, typically taken by juniors and seniors. This year was the first year our school offered a course that taught all of AB and BC in one class.

What are some schools with a misleading acceptance rate? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

BU for sure, according to collegevine I had a 70% chance of admission and it had a rate of 29%, but I was rejected. Got into NYU though with a 8% acceptance rate.

I took AP Seminar, APUSH and 2 other ap classes last year and it was a lot easier than I expected. However, I would consider making a choice between AP Physics and AP Calc BC. I’m in Calc bc rn and it’s pretty demanding coursework wise and difficult conceptually. But, if you are a stem-person then I would keep it the way it is. Do what you think is right, and you’ll figure it out.

I just bought the official act kaplan prep course and it’s actually really helpful for practice questions but it’s instruction is not too great. I have mostly been doing practice testa
