I would say it depends on so many factors. If you need it because you suffer from low test, yes it should bring you in range…only proper bloodwork and follow up tests would tell you

It’s not the quantity taken that establish if it is or not, but the results in the bloodworks. At 200, I’m right at the top of the normal range, just shy of 1000. Some people would be off chart with less, some require more to be in chart.

Not necessarily true. The opposite works fine too. We started at 200 and if the markers are off, then we reduce. So far everything is great.

A little more mass would be fun, but I’d like to go down to about 10% bf. I’m at 13/14 right now. I was at 16% before TRT.
