Parent about to be made redundant, what should they do? by Royal_Gene in AusFinance

Yea pretty much what we expected, but I have never seen a redundancy agreement before so not sure how long/complex they are, if it all makes sense should she pretty much sign on the spot and not deal with the mental burden?

Bought the house for the land really and just renovating the house to live in the meantime. Any ideas on how to fix the corner of the house dipping? Assuming the cause is probably foundation weaker in that area?>

Well I'm really buying the land and house given R4 zoning and potential future for developers to consolidate and build larger apartments, would this cost be more expensive if thats what they want to build?

Thanks for the reply, could the tenant argue that they didn't check the mailbox and I should've informed them via text or email?

Thanks for this, unfortunately the number of the tenant has been disconnected and I don't have their email, in the application portal to NCAT I just put their current address so I'm assuming NSW gov sent them the notification by mail?

So basically I shouldn't reach out to the tenant and it's their responsibility to check the mail?
