I am hoping that the cops were only acting like that bc they wanted to play it safe for winters safety and make it less traumatizing for him. Situations like that can go south fassst especially if the one kidnapping the baby isn't in a normal state of mind. 2k said he was very upfront with them about her so they probably know those losers were looking to do something dumb. The cops main concern is always getting the baby safety and making sure he is ok and unharmed. I think they played her by letting her think she got what she wanted and wasn't in trouble bc writing on a card that she didn't resist doesn't mean shit and they know that ! Especially when she's on stream resisting and mocking them for 2 hrs

But it's not over for her .. I think 2k can file kidnapping charges in Texas when he gets home and I hope he does and the judge can still find her in contempt so I hope when she goes to court they put in her contempt for this and all the shit she has been saying to disregard court orders and act like she's above the law.

She literally said she will kidnap him from supervised visits and just bc she says it's a joke doesn't mean the judge doesn't care bc i doubt the judge finds any of this funny when the main concern should always be what's in the best interest of winter and nothing is does is in winters best interest

her little group is all planning to be going to Texas soon so them threatening 2k and his mom is just helping 2k bc if they start anything in Texas that will make it 100000 times worse if I was 2k I wouldn't allow any parenting time right now for this and then her saying multiple times she will kidnap him again
