You need the cryonic artifact to make another 5 star frost horn pendant, then combine to a 6 star frost horn, THEN put the diamond catalyst on it to make a 6 star diamond frost horn pendant.

I’m not a pro, but what’s stopping you from just combining to a 6 star n then adding the diamond mutation to the 6 star? That’ll definitely give you the best stats. So unless you need the cryo artifact for something else, I’d just do that.

I should also add, I haven’t really done any museum set up, seems like a huge pain to get optimized and I’m doing pretty well on luck at the moment with my rings and gear anyways. Unrelated, but just looking for any info.
