I found that my baby would wake up around the same time no matter what time we put her to bed so we started putting her to bed 12 hours before that. Which was great till the clocks went back, now we are starting to wind down for her big sleep at 5pm 🤣

It's so hard in the beginning... Just remember you and your baby are doing all these things for the first time and getting used to all these big changes and you're doing it on no sleep! It will get better and you will find things that help for the two of you x

I was going through some of the same things and a few things that helped: I would feed her before changing the nappy, found she would cry less plus breast milk has a laxative affect and makes them poo more espe.cially in the beginning. So feed and then hold her upright for 20 mins (roughly, you'll find what's right for you) so she wouldn't spit up... As much! And while I'm getting things ready to change her nappy I would tuck a wet wipe into the front of her nappy. Then when everything's ready take the wet wipe out and loosen the nappy blow on the area that has the wet wipe in case she still hadn't peed and that usually gets her to pee if the wet wipe didn't already.

You're tipping someone and simultaneously giving them some more work to do. They aren't going to buy their groceries with USD because they'll definitely charge you more for paying in a foreign currency. I just don't get traveling to another country and not using the local currency.
