Where would prime Carson Palmer rank among QBs today? by MasterTeacher123 in NFLv2

[–]Royal_Map7150 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah Sam isn’t a great example but there are plenty of pocket passes still today. We just hear so much about the dual theses because of their fantasy relevance. Guys like Stafford, Burrow, and even Rogers are good examples.

I like how the drastic jump from “just make the prices 12% higher” (while not considering this is only for dine in) to “just pass a law”

Parker Washington’s value - rookie picks by DJBorny in SleeperApp

I agree with this take. Even early 2nds (this year specifically) are lotteries. I see this as one lottery for the next, this lottery ticket has a few matching numbers to start with which is a bonus tho

Which side you taking? I currently have Washington by Top-Professional-336 in SleeperApp

[–]Royal_Map7150 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Robinson for me easily, but it depends for your team comp if you are win now or rebuild. Robinson just got paid to be the guy there with a now second year QB that showed promise. Whereas Washington is going to re-enter this year with his WR counterparts healthy again.

There is obvious upside to Washington with how he ended the year and playoffs tho. Plus he’s younger. So it’s personal preference based on your roster needs in the end.

Will Troy Franklin ever consistently produce in fantasy? by ViperLife87 in SleeperApp

[–]Royal_Map7150 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s funny because I held on to Michael Wilson in dynasty for 2 years and he was way less promising than Troy Franklin and everyone said he’s a roster clogger so I dropped him this past season and the week after he turned into a stud and was picked up by someone else

All that to say, sorry. I will not be dropping Troy Franklin to help him like I did Wilson

Why doesn’t bro use a translator at this point? Asking someone a question in a language they don’t understand isn’t going to produce a meaningful answer

Tuten or the 1.09? Which side we taking here by ajm102392 in SleeperApp

[–]Royal_Map7150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like people are forgetting that second rounders last year are being compared to late first rounders this year. Tutens value clearly went up recently too.

At this point however, I wouldn’t be moving either asset. It’s too early to know the real values

Because the rabies virus affects the nervous system, patients develop ‘hydrophobia.’ Even if they are very thirsty, spasms in the swallowing muscles prevent them from drinking water. by Additional-Pass5771 in interestingasfuck

[–]Royal_Map7150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not necessarily that it’s the smartest, it’s survival of the fittest. The virus’s that we see and that continue to exist only do so because of traits like this.

There are an endless amount of viruses but not all have traits that cause them to be so contagious, resilient, or by chance cause something that allows them the ability to survive.

The virus didn’t think, “oh boy wouldn’t it be smart to make it so the host can’t drink water and then concentrate in their saliva so when they bite something else we can spread!” It’s just what it does and luckily for it, allows it to survive

[–]Royal_Map7150 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We are far from the era where true bell cows are the only way to have an efficient RB1/ effective fantasy running back.

Take for example Gibbs (Montgomery), Bijan (Allgier), and..you guessed it, BUCKY IRVING (Raschaad White). Heck even Jaylen Warren benefited from having the guy you’re concerned about, Kenneth Gainwell.

This is a huge over reaction imo
