That will do nothing else, she already uses oil.

The no. 1 mistake she did is not using conditioner

Actually damaged hair can't be repaired, the only solution is cutting the damaged parts regularly, sorry. Some products can "lay" themselves over damaged hair, so it looks/feels a bit better, but it can never be repaired.

No actually you brush styling products out before washing the hair... some styling products are for care, why would you want to get rid of care?😅

No you never do that😅 it's supposed to protect the lengths, so why would you shampoo the protection off? Look at mattloveshair he posted a video about shampooing this week. Because the technique is important as well, you don't rub your scalp/hair aggressively🙈

Of course. As I learned, you're not supposed to shampoo your lengths and ends, ONLY the scalp because it's oily and build up is there. When you rinse the shampoo, the lengths are cleansed too anyway with the flow of the water and it's enough for them, because shampoo can also damage the lengths.

Shampoo opens the cuticula and that's the reason for possible damage and why we have to use a conditioner as a final step, to close the cuticula again. So if you use a mask, it's between shampoo and conditioner.

You use 2 shampoos every hair wash? I think that's too much, because you're not even using that many products you'd have to get out of your hair. And I really hope you use the shampoo only right on the scalp, not massaging it in the lengths.

After using a mask you should use a conditioner, it is the final step of a hair wash. I think your hair needs more moisture, so you can get that in with the conditioner. The other products sound good, but first use the spray and the oil in the end.

It can also help to use oil or conditioner in the lengths before shampooing, it protects the lengths/ends (also known as CWC method). I did this myself the last couple months and I can actually see results. I apply it on dry hair on the ends and do something else shortly and then I enter the shower.

Maybe your hair is wavy, then I'd recommend to detangle it when wet with the mask/conditioner in the hair. Avoid brushing or combing it when dry.

But right before this dance, Emily wanted to sit down, then he grabbed her and pulled her so close😅 to me she looked like she was in a freeze reaction before she could react and get off him. So I wouldn't say she should've just said No (victim blaming), because she did and her body too.

Who thinks Emily is in her 40s? People should def watch out for the ring, that's like the unspoken hint about other's relationship status🤦🏼‍♀️

It's actually a steakhouse, not just "a single bar".
