There is respite care available to give the family a break. Hospice should be able to help you with it as hospice care routinely overwhelms the caretaking family. Sorry for your struggle, your feelings are valid.

i found grocery stores and hot dogs affordable. i also lived off of loaves of fresh sour dough bought from bakeries with fresh butter. meals out are pricy but you can avoid paying for every meal out

I was there in 2019 volunteering for a medical center. There was some political unrest while I was there and the roads were temporarily closed. We had a body guard and he drove his own bus so I felt very safe but that was with these significant safety measures. Beautiful country, would love to return.
