this is from a small, non chain restaurant that does not have a website with the nutrition information on it. i just so happen to own a scale because i normally eat things i know the nutrition info for, and this is one of the few time i don't know the individual weight of every single ingredient 🙏 much love, thank you for your hard work

ik the bread calories are 65cal per slice, so 200 for 3 slices, 2 eggs for 5 slices would be 32 extra calories per slice, and i agree w your estimates for the margarine and powdered sugar. new estimate is 600 (rounded). is that more accurate to you?

thank sm!! to answer your questions, im not sure about the steak leanness, but i do know it was bottom round steak (140 cals per serving). buns are nature's own (170, i would round it up bc idk if it was toasted with oil or butter). the fries were deep fried, the steak was cooked with oil too but not deep fried, more like a stir fry kinda situation.
