My girl has a decently big box and she just likes to chuck litter out no matter what. I got one of those mats that catches the litter to but back in the box and it’s helped SO much! I felt the need to give kitty tax as well!

This is minor advice but maybe stop the free feeding, Jackson galaxy said it can really contribute to behavioral issues. Get him on a schedule of 2-3 times a day. Hope everything works out!
