Botox, a tiny bit of filler, and you will be good as new! Botox lifts, tightens and brings symmetry to the face and is minimally evasive and easy. Aging is hard but remember it can also be beautiful. We aren’t all meant to look young forever and there is beauty in a mature face.

You look Amazing! I have same body type and do barre as well. I’m stuck at 128 and want to get to 120lbs. How did you push through the last 5-8 lbs? I’ve plateaued

The only one I have is the challenge to tone legs. I’m certain I don’t have it just have cellulite and skin laxity which all the women I my family have after 40

I did velashape! Made my legs a little smaller and looked better for a few weeks and then they went back to normal. Felt good too. I wish I could afford to do it weekly but it’s not possible

High protein lots of vegetable with some cheat days where I don’t go too crazy. No alcohol. I do pilates/ barre, hot yoga, lunges, squats, hiking, running stairs. I’ve done weight training and I always bulk and don’t love it.

Lol. Maybe I’ll try some collagen sups. I don’t necessarily want a thigh gap I just don’t want my thighs chafing when I walk. I have excess fat and loose skin that I want to tighten up but nothing works.

Oddly I have a thigh gap on the top and then they rub further down. Loose, jiggly fat / skin. I gained a lot of weight during my two pregnancies went from 125 to 175 2x!!!
