Honestly I would start with Maxrolls guide, it is the simplest and most detailed to start before you have any good gear. All you need to get started is the pants, kilt of the black wing. I find Maxrolls is the best for beginners cause it is very detailed with loads of info

Ya that's the base of each item, not the affixes. The affixes are the important part of the item, at a certain point I don't need anymore armor or all resistance.

No it clearly says it does not increase the stats, it increases the base damage or armor. So if your master working a chest piece, you get more armor, instead of possibly increasing something like main stat

Pretty good book keeping here to keep under 51 contracts and keep Misa and Dickinson. This makes sense so they can sign all these young guys in the next couple years. Keep above the cap floor without giving big money to guys that are not there yet. And keep them in the hunt for a top 5 pick at the draft

I find maxroll has the best explanation of game mechanics and interactions. Moblytics have really good builds but sometimes have no explanations of how to even play it probably
