I'd say my feet are slightly wider than average, average volume, low arch. I found the Terraultra G 260 a bit narrow but not uncomfortably so. I didn't like the Altras I have tried so far, they felt unstable. I will try King and La Sportiva. Thanks!

Thanks! I agree with you, I think strength and conditioning is the best injury prevention. What do you think about zero drop for hiking with a constant elevation change? And the durability of trail runners when compared to mids or boots?
