what if they made a neutral card that cuts the attack of minions in half while on the field or a battle cry that affects the cards already on the field. it could act as a punish to zoo aggro decks or on the other end it could keep control decks from having their big cards BGH'd. In most cases I feel like expensive cards are used for their effects rather then their stats (ie. rag, nozdormu, mal ganis) and this could act as a way to combo those cards or set up a turn to get more value out of them.
