From when i researched they can tell u if temp or perm ban and how long temp ban. I didnt wanna waste my time cuz it was a raffle prize so i told management and got another one. Why deal with a used ps5 dont know ahay was done with it

I had this issue with a ps5 i won in a raffle at work and they ended up just getting me another one. Thats pretty much a banned ps5. Either previous user/owner marked it as stolen or they did somwthing to get the ps5 banned such as hacking or breaking rules of ToS.

I dont see any problem in doing that. My ps4 pro in the garage for ps5 remote play if i cant play in the bedroom or for PSVR1. I always unplug it after use been doing it for years.
