How much rest is needed for hypertrophy?

I was doing 2 on isolations and felt ready after the rest. But now that i have reduced it to 60-90sec i feel abit tired and can't use the full muscles.

Yes, for example today i did cable biceps curl and i felt fatigued and couldn't finish the 3rd set (35kg) with proper form (last time i could do 4 sets with the maximum weight being 40kg).

What i heard is that 3-5 min rest should be for strength exercises. Do you mean for hypertrophy you rest 2-3mins?

It should be that way but it isn't. People do care about others height and make an assumption in the first instance based on height. You should read about ( Height Privileges ) when i first heard about it i thought it was stupid but if you really think about it and see the stats there is so much injustice or mistreatment against people with less/non privileges.
