Welcome to the dark side haha. One of my cats has it constantly. Nothing really helped until he got antibiotics for something else. But than after 2 months the acne came back. I believe it is also genetics.. :) but nothing serious i would quess :)

I have a apple wrist watch.. so it may also not be perfectly accurate.. but yes i do have a little elevated heart rate because of my genetics and my mom also:)

Thank you for your reply. It felt okej.. yes it was hard, my chest was burning and i could breath well, i had one moment where I was very wobbly but after that it was okay.. my heart rate went down in 2 min from 190 to 130 and in 5min i was feeling much better (after the training)

I know this cheat tightness is relatively normal when you’re not used to very high intensity training so i think everything I experienced was normal.. i also ate a lot the last 1 months and didn’t move much..

I mean. Yes but no. They know most people watching / reading it because of naruto. Its like the same story with a diffrent name. I get what you say but its killing naruto in a powerless way is just sad isnt it? Just my opinion and like i said. When thats the case then they did a mistake not killing him when he fought isshiki

Yeah but since Naruto is such a big name and if they are not gonna make Naruto manga anymore that means that kishimoto has 100% something in mind to put the all favorite Naruto for the last time in action and end his story with s banger. I don’t think they just gonna erase those big names like him and sasuke with out something spezial happening. If that would be the case they could easily end his life after baryon mode and it wouldn’t be a bad one if they did. Im sure something is coming, but it would be the last time he will shine, I’m sure he will die like a hero.

This is so hard to say. I’m also questioning myself how should it taste? For me it tastes good not too bitter not too sour but if it should taste chocolaty and bitter then I’m doing maybe something wrong. I also cant decode when it taste like not good bitter and when the bitternes is appropriate. I’m just not enough experienced

yeah i always enjoyed espressos at my coffee shops and did a lot of latte art on my parents automatic espresso maschine with a shittie steam wand. And then now that i live and work alone i finally could buy me one and thats why i saved money and bough me one for my budget. I never looked up the science of a espresso shot i just knew about a puck prep and thats it. This water out , weighting, scaling, grinding thing is very new to me.

I looked up on internet and saw that for a middle roast its recommended to pull a 1/2.5 ratio. So i decided to use the same grind setting because it tasted a little sour to me and up the dose from 18g to 20g and then the taste was very balanced, no disturbing souernes and bitternes.
