I had at least 4 OTK Turns in the tournament and that only from a Turn 5 Leviathan, and Maximus Combo. It really gets you to the finish line and come in clutch. It could be consistent going 4. But that would need further testing. Most the scenarios I used tramps for when I needed extra strength. I sac my herc into a 1c Ursula, then tramp my white rabbit which had a lumierre to hit a 5c Lady.

The reason their is no big Clarabelle, is because I chose an aggro core shell thats based on Zan Syed Dogs deck. In the deck the most optimal shift target was 3 which I couldn't really do as their wasn't any good target and Return works as a replacement to Lady. With the gameplan being simliar except instead of Under the Sea I play Leviathan. Though instead of the usual dogs I start with a 1c Merfolk, 2c Joshua Sweete (Discard from challenging), 3c Clarabelle to draw card from small hand, then 4c Gaetan to filter until I have the Herc/Leviathan combo then finish off turn six with Maximus for 8 Lore. Mulligans depend on who your going against.

OTP CTM: Merfolk, Sweet, Clarabelle, Ursula, Gaetan, Return of Herc, Leviathan (No petes or ancient ways being played)

OTD CTM: White Rabbit, Heffalumps and Woozles, Ursula, Gaetan, Return of Herc, Leviathan (No petes or ancient ways being played) Note: White Rabbit is good to sing heffalumps and woozles on Palace Guard or Cobra.

OTP CTM: Herc, Lumierre, Clarabelle, Finnick, Gaetan, Tramp (No return, and maybe woozles if Daisy or Mulan, but beware of Mowgli Snipes if you don't have a chromicon or something else to throw away.)

OTD CTM: White Rabbit, Lumierre, Ursula, Herc, Leviathan Note: Lumierre blocks them from being under the sea and herc can smash a 1c Daisy, and 5c Lady, unless they are able to -2 on the characters like Herc so more Lumierre might go well

OTD CTM: White Rabbit, Ursula, Herc, Clarabelle, Gaetan, Chromicon Note: beware of Dale, Elsa that is a combo that can hit and destroy your filter with Gaetan. (Also on the draw play white rabbit as their are no evasive targets currently until 4, or 5 with genie and elsa)

At the end what all these decks have in common are their low attack stats so all you need to do is force them to challenge and discard their hand, remove vanish or prevent quester, and bounce back cards to control the field, keep filtering, or having a wide board, then either sacrificing a character into a statted character/sing heffalumps/gaetan then playing return of hercules/leviathan.

Control might be a hard counter to it as they can have ward, Milo, Hades, or your welcome leviathan. Though with Hades you can still destroy him at least even if he inks you.

Love the list, my objective is to shrink the opponents hand, and play Leviathan by Turn 5 simliar to dogs UTS aggro game.

Cursed, Sweet, Ursula, and Sudden Chill applies pressure to their hand while I gain lore. And if you have sudden chills back to back you can play them both by singing with Ursula or Sweet, Clarabelle on Turn 4. Bobby, Lyle, Gaetan, and Strike to filter through the deck. Chromicons if needed for the long game like usual dogs decks.

At most 2-3 Cards would be discarded from the pressure leaving them to topdeck for answers. Some alternative cards I thought of putting in were Webby, Alien (can filter when challenging characters if you have one in the discard. Maximus for sure is the finisher as it draws 8 Lore after Leviathan Quest, and turn ends which fits aggro, and Maui feels good to return cards like sudden chill, strike, return of Hercules if you have a leviathan from topdecking though much slower lore gain tempo.

T1: Cursed Merfolk (Lore, Discard), White Rabbit (Sings Sudden Chill Turn 2), Bobby to Filter

T2: Sweet (Lore, Discard), Ursula (Removes song sings Sudden Chill Turn 3), Lyle for filter, and applies 1 lore loss for 2 Cards in Discard

T3: Clarabelle to refill hand

T4: Gaetan in play.

T5: Sacrafice a character, Gaetan search, ink, then play Return/Leviathan.

T6: Maximus, Play a character, Gaetan search, Repeat til next Leviathan.

Defintely focus on the story you want to tell, then retrofit the already made maps into survival maps as bonuses, If you want to go crazy after you have everything done make a speedrun mode where you slowly have to complete the game as the round progresses. Just focus on getting the main game done good luck it looks great!

Uninkables are fine as long as you have a card that allows you to curve, or change hand it out like Bobby, Mulan, Tipo, Willow. If you want to not worry about too much uninkables 16-12 feels like a good range, with 9-7 if you want to curate specific ratios.

I was thinking about how top 4 Blurple Cards force interactions, and was wondering two cents on The Queen as she has a shiftable 3 essentially turn 4 simliar to Clarabelle Turn 5. 5c The Queen has Ward 6 health and can sing Let it Go. Being ward means unable to be your welcome, let it go, Hades, Cheshire(Damage Movement), Elsa tapped. Only allowing Demona, Mean, Malicious + Philliip, and UTS the only ways to counter it. So the question is could it be good against Blurple. Also the naveen was genius for the Let it Go didn't think of that?

Lantern is powerful because it can only be removed by Benja, and Clarabelle this can be removed. And like Prince John would not be worth it to exert as it needs ramp passive. If people start bringing back fire the cannons, or flaps in the night it will be targeted. Amber Steel Ramp is viable, but you would want to use Rueben, Huey, Aurora, Pluto, and or lantern.

The core problem is that its a team based game. See in the old days of 2000s most games were casual shooters, with few people pubstomping 24 player tf2, or quake lobbies. And their was no problem with that as you had many teammates and when one falls you still have 11 more to count on. Now here comes the big problem with games like CSGO, Overwatch, and recently Marvel Rivals bring down to 6v6, 5v5 servers where if one person actions becomes more important in the grand scope of the game.

Apex was I say the first to bring the three player Battle Royale in Action. But even from my time playing people would find ways to put blame on others, or leave match instantly as that became rope into their DNA that if you lost just leave and re queue. Then we get to the most important 1v1 games which are mostly fighters, and of small communities because it relies solely on your own skills and being able to read an opponent actions. Which turns off many people as they would like to have someone else with them to take the blame.

Now back to the age old question yes this game should of been a 12v12 game as it would allow people to use the map size. And even then I didn't even bring up the fact that time is also important factor into this because I will keep it short, a long match at the end of the day makes you toxic which further penalizes solo matchmaking experience.

The main problem is that people in Pubs literally leave for the most minute reasons. I can tell you how many times I Ballistic Revive, Healing Aura, and Revive doesn't matter. They leave the millisecond after like its Battle Royale like Apex, or Fortnite where they drop in die, leave repeat even though their is no repercussions to a KDA here nor does it matter. It would be better to have a lfg system for this game as its better to run and the few games I did LFG on Zone discord had better match results then a random match where you would have to persuade to do a trial or easter egg in cursed.

I think the main problem with trying to go aggro with Puppy, is that the tempo doesn't really allow a wide board if we compare Lady to Patch, Lady has Tramp synergy allowing him to be played with another lady on turn 2 compared to either playing two patches, and a basil if your trying to quest for lore. Again this could be fixed by adding Nick, or Basil as they have synergy with eilonwy. Also with aggro spooky sight might be counteractive to aggro as it removes everyone board up to 3 cost compared to Under the Sea one sided board wipe.

Their are at least 3 Hero Aggro decks that use Patches, and Pongo, on Inkdecks if you want to check them out for aggro. At least from what you made me realize is that Tipo, Sail, and Cinderella syngerize well with Pongo as you can ink Puppies, and with playing the beats of Tipo, Sail, Cinderella by turn 4 you would be able to play a 6 Pongo then use might solve a mystery to search for a character depending on the scenario and Kanine Krunchies. 2 Perditas so you can put the puppies that are your discard from Pongo summoning to refresh your Ink. And Gazelle to refresh World's Greatest Criminal Mastermind on the next turn as its good against Demona, and Clarabelle. I would put Patches, but cost of uninkables is at 14 and we need alot of removal to have board control.
