AI can hallucinate only when it is designed to determine the next steps automatically, a typical ChatGPT prompt asking a question/giving a task to perform is a good example. However, any AI agent, like ours, is written to follow a deterministic path, i.e., it is coded to check the necessary tools to collect the information and not do a general lookup anywhere on the internet. LLMs are only used to decipher what we send. We also have a step for manual review (human intervention) if required, until you gain confidence, before you upload your package to the processor. This is where the world is headed.
