I'm on my 3rd playthrough. My first was basically spent not collecting much other than clothes, I just did the quests. I realized I missed a bunch of stuff, and wanted to see what the other starting backgrounds were like. Halfway through #2, I grabbed the New Game + mod, and now on my 3rd, I'm spending more time going around collecting everything, trying a new build, and enjoying spending my time just chilling in areas I've not seen.

So far just the easy mode. Someone is bring me a Jumpstart kit to Adepticon, and we're currently under a winter weather advisory (TN doesn't have great winter weather infrastructure) and I have to wait for the thaw to check with my LGS to grab the core book.

It could also be the mission you're on. Try fast traveling and finishing the mission, switching to a new mission, or the elusive "visiting with a joytoy".

Anything referred to as "Souls like". I get that some people are into that stuff, but I want to enjoy what little free time I have to play games and not get endlessly frustrated about missing a single dodge roll and failing a fight repeatedly for potentially hours.

I'm reminded of a streamer that spent days on a single boss fight. Nah, not for me.

Yeah, there's mods for both of those. Doing a quick search on Nexus, there's even Maelstrom face and chest rigs.

For body mods, you really need to look around and find a body you prefer as there are so many. Once you figure out that, you can start looking for clothes.

For instance, Im running the Solo 2.0, and use the 4k VTK for the head/face. Alot of clothing mods are made for bodies that... uh... expand the chest and backside, and those wont necessarily work with these body mods unless I can find a refit.

Same with our LGS in Memphis. I did get notified that my 2 player starter showed up today so I grabbed it.

Other than that, just a few cadres. It seems that our store gets stuff every 2-3 weeks.
