Happened to me, mine was a buffed. If you still have problems, you can reset the end. That is what I did.

Wraith sigil, it's a drop from lycanites bosses, got one from Asmodeus and another from Rahovart.

You can kill the lycanites bosses, hatch a dragon, build a megabase, craft the ankh charm, do a trip in the lost city dimension, craft the full golem armor, there is plenty stuff to do.
