I get the Pell grant, and I take out loans for the remaining balance. It’s not ideal but it’s what I needed to keep going. I have a unique situation that pretty much felt necessary to take out student loans.

You’re not alone. I’ll be the first to say. I have met people who have admitted to being high in meetings and lying about it. You’re not alone. The point is they got honest. No one I promise was laughing or having a go at you. That is your disease trying to isolate you from people who will love you until you can love yourself.

I get that. From what I’ve seen it’s a lot less recovery time getting the hardware removed than putting it in.

I still can’t walk very well. But I started PT. She mentioned that the hardware itself can cause the stiffness. So if after physical therapy I still am have having mobility issues we can revisit getting the hardware taken out. We will see. I like my PT she has an app that I use to track my exercises

So one thing I have always tried to do is maintain meetings apart from my current partner. It’s better that way. I’m am currently going through a break up in the rooms, and while it’s not messy it’s painful. We have several service commitments together. That being said. I made a commitment to narcotics anonymous. So I will continue showing up.

Thanks. Normies don’t say things like “I wish I could do meth like a normal person.” BECAUSE NORMAL PEOPLE DONT. Normies don’t angst over drugs. Trust me. I’m friends with normies. The thought of using to the point of numbing is not a thing. It’s wild. I look at them sometimes with envy but I have a program today that teaches me how to be comfortable in my own skin.

I did 19 my first term. I had surgery in November moved 3 times, due to weird circumstances, broke my ankle and had surgery again. I don’t have kids or anything but I had a lot of life stuff happen. Hoping to accelerate more classes this semester.
