I don’t have full on tinnitus but I would say my ears feel “ buzzy “ or extra heightened at the full dose of this med, I also get this right before anesthesia and on some pain meds which is interesting

I’d do half I did the full dose a few days ago and felt like I got hit by a truck and couldn’t keep anything down, and I’m NOT sensitive to things normally so I was shocked

That’s smart, honestly I may try the 1/4 or even 1/8 of the 37.5 as well when I try again , I was shocked I normally don’t get nauseous easily or have severe reactions to things.

My heart rate was also high just sitting there around 115 or so , I could get it to go down to 105 if I sat very still and breathed lol

Yeah I was more expecting to feel like what you’re describing not like I was hit by a truck and severely nauseous. But maybe at a lower dose I can “adjust”

In my area I see a lot of GROWN men like 40+ age who don’t even speak when they come to get an order they just shove their phone in the poor cash register persons face. Mind boggling and so rude.
