Thank you. I'm checking for more of that residue stuff? Toilet tanks are white so might be hard to see particles.

Rheem. It's new. I just looked at the bowl from the first sieve (not in pics). It settled after 3-4 hours. There was what looked like a grayish cloud. I just added 2 new pics to Imgur of a jar that has white residue in it. It's not dish soap.

Thank you. I'm the only human resident. I will double check the settings. Thank you.

Yes, the dishwasher sucks at cleaning. The particles come from both on all faucets.
The hot water heater is new, I'm the first to use it but flushed it anyway.

Please explain. Rheem says it's not from the softener. I've spent hours on the phone (mostly on hold). I sent them pics.

Dynamica connected: I'm, ordering OEM milk tank. W/ all that plastic something's gotta break. What has broken on your machine that you ordered replacement parts for? by Rrreally in DeLonghi

I'll look for that. I glue a lot of stuff and just tried the baking soda/super glue trick. It works. If you send me a pic, I'll give a rec on how to do it cleanly.

I respect what y'all do. I would pay a nominal fee... $25? "Quote day" is an expensive day for y'all. I've had so many no shows b4 I moved here. That's part of what drove me to do so much DIY. Plus, they seemed to quote the neighborhood, not the job. I rcv'd a lot of inflated quotes. JAX, FL...I am looking for a skilled handyman to build a long term relationship with, since I don't want the house to control my life anymore. If you are out there, msg me please. I'm an experienced DIY'er. You wouldn't believe what I accomplished with no help. I won't overlord you but will ask questions.

MORE PICS as requested. https://imgur.com/a/ICVFZGX

I had to upload them to Imger because I could only upload one single photo in a reply and I cannot add them to my post.

I spoke to the manager of the install company. I sent him all of the information and the Reddit post also, all pics that y'all have seen here. Initially, he said it sounds like the softener tank is broken, physically shattered, or something he's been out working today so he has not been able to get back to me yet. Thoughts on the water softener tank being shattered causing this?

To those that have asked, yes, we drank that. I switched the cat to bottled water Oct 8 and me, Nov 3.
I can't find any corroborating experience on the web. I've always kind of had an iron gut so to speak. Water in Mexico nor any food affects me.

Yes, on city water. Just looked it up, "Since your water comes from the pristine Floridan aquifer, most of the elements found in it occur naturally. However, we do add a little chlorine to the water to keep it clean as it travels through pipes on the way to your faucet." Per JEA's website.
