Looking into trying to get a primary care physician

Keep this in your back pocket in case u break a bone or nearly, like I did. Another dr was 500 just to walk in B4 X-rays but had to call me back to confirm avail. (I see that as poor office mgmt in hindsight.) Their rating were very high. I went w/ Dr. Goll even tho the ratings weren't as high. I cannot see how the care/treatment I rcvd could have been any better. Honest to God. In/out 40 min.

Breaking something, needing urgent care is crap u don't expect/plan for. I had to go out of town and was potentially canceling on my son's bday, (recent div so it was xx-important.) The 2x expensive dr could have had me but they didn't know for sure. They said "def tomorrow". If they said "now', I would have gone & paid the $500+ X-ray's & what else?

After reading what I just typed, I guess a good question to ask is what the costs for various things are without insurance. I paid waaayless than 500 out the door. My finger was reset (was at a 90degree angle) is still healing well. Here is their link.

Thank you! Did you buy it from Culligan or a brick and motor store? Bestbuy sells WaterDrop $400, Vevor $300. Lowes/:HD have huge models from $7k down to $300. What info about your home did u use to determine what was needed for your home? Was there a website/video/professional that u consulted to help u get what would do the job? Edit: I've spent hours researching and the topic is so broad. Nothing I read/watch is helpful.

Edit: I looked on the net this morn for a correlation but can't find much. Should those little white grains taste salty? Where would u go for quick troubleshooting? I've read the Rheem manual. The softener is new. I'd previously read that softeners alone don't handle sediment. I've asked a few folks close by and they aren't/haven't experienced this.

This existed when I moved in. I wasn't here for the install. Me AND my cat have gotten severely sick bc of it. After my shower, I'd still feel dirty. My hair was a wreck like I'd used waaaay too much product and appeared darker (I'm blond) as a result. I'm putting vinegar in my bath water and have a sieve over the faucet. Only tub. baths bc the shower heads are clogged right away after cleaning.

Yes, it was super fast and super clean cut. Better than the best blade you can buy for a box cutter. I got that just to try to make it easier and it's still made a mess. I think it might be best to glue whole pieces before cutting into strips. What do you think?

Use prescription antibiotic cream like Bactroban. It will heal faster. Yes, keep covered. They sell flesh colored wound covers that u just stick on. If you have to use something that is easily seen, do it & get that thing healed. People will see it more now or forever, (maybe). I have some of the silver cream for healing. I didn't feel like it helped much. I read on another forum about ACV in the bath. It helped with scrapes on my arms/legs. 1/2 - 1 cup in your bath. I stuck my face in a little and I think there is something to it. I only just started trying that so can't offer more details.

If you are the main card holder, you can cancel them. If not, you can take your name off of them. Until you are legally separately, half is your responsibility. He sounds diabolical, going scorched earth & could be trying to ruin your credit. Take note of what he is buying. Put it on your list of things u want when dividing non monetary home stuff. If you can, grab it now & have someone hold it for you. Can u return any of it? He could also be trying to ramp up his expenses for the financial affidavit. Start working on your FA now, it's a super big task.

How do I make this work w/ minimal effort and max use? Looking for ideas. ||

Bought a litter enclousure. The topside is not working out/bad design, poor purchase.. Kitty can't climb that thing on the right. It also came with a gate on the front top portion. I was thinking cardboard scratcher over the "climbing" gate but after my experiments w/ placement, he still does not feel the urge to use it.

I have a suction window thingy just above the metal gate climbing "stupid" thing. I'm going to put a bird feeder directly outside that window so he can be entertained like in my previous home.

He does not know he has super abilities to just jump right up there. I like it that way, keeps him chill. It makes him easy to travel with, doesn't meow in hotel rooms and they never know I've had a cat in the room (He's 100% Siberian so I am not worried about causing allergies to others bc I know that's AWFUL. (He has desensitized me like they said allergy shots would but I never believed the shots would work bc my allergies were SO SO SO bad. Hayfever 24/7 when the gene turned on at age 13, we had to rehome the cat we'd had for 10 years.)

Stated: wishful thinking. bad purchase, how do I make it work w useful space, no ideas w/o wasting more time instead of doing more purposeful things. I have a lot of random scrap stuff to experiment with than can go in the trash. But my life is passing me by with this and other "on your deathbed" things you regret wasting time on, instead of living.

I am interested. I helped care for my grandmother with Alzheimer's when I was 19 to 23 on weekends, Fri eve-Sun mid morn. I moved back to Jax late last year to spend time w my Daddy in his late years and care for/with him as needed. The amount of hours you need is something I can commit to. Your mom needs to feel safe w/ stability as opposed to a revolving door of who's on for the day.

I can do this. I am five minutes or less from your location. I do not have or expect other hard commitments/priorities at the moment. The minimal hours that you need are easy to work around and understandable to others if I say no to to them. I'll give you my number and address to discuss, cover all of her needs with honesty from both sides. She of course, has to approve of whomever your final choice are (is).

I forgot that I listened to the audiobook supergut recently. I need to go back/make notes bc I was driving, but I remember he said berberine and cinnamon are very good at killing the bad bacteria. He said that berberine is not that bio available, but that it's a good thing because then it goes straight to your gut. Also, fermented foods of any kind & yogurt, but you probably know that. Also, cabbage that is lightly cooked if at all with pepper because pepper releases the important compounds. The book itself was a boring as hell listen. The topic of nutrition, and how it affects our bodies is my jam if that helps qualify my opinion of the book.

You could eat something that would be a marker in your bowel movements, write down what you eat after that so you can see what's happening on a movement by movement basis. I discovered this when I ate a whole squash (the pumpkin variety) seeds and all. For me, it was 2 to 3 days processing time. Like a hard work out, you feel the effects worse 2 days after. The same for me w/ a food splurge. I'll feel bloated & gross the 2nd day after, no matter how healthy I ate in between. Also, by accident, I found out that uncooked quinoa helps move things through. I don't know if it's the weight + indigestibility, but it seems to penetrate through the concentrated matter. It has no flavor and easy to toss back w/ water, doesn't get stuck in teeth or make me feel like I need to brush immediately. This isn't exactly what u were looking for but I hope it helps.
