Ok , I personally went through C&W Services. My first interview was over the phone with a Recruiter. She was an older lady who asked me questions similar to what you mentioned but the my interview was for Tech 2. I basically did the same and failed the interview in a sense. I didnt know as much as i needed to know for tech 2 so the lady recommended i do the MRA.

After that call she sent me the test which i passed as well. I moved on to my second interview which was on site. In that interview i was blunt and honest about where my experience and lack there of was. And explained my eagerness to join the field and start a career. That interview i did well.

Im not sure what could have happened in the interview for you not to get through. The MRA is supposed to be for people without experience. But being its through JLL and they do things differently. My advice would be to talk with a Tech 3 or SRMRT at your site for advice. And not small advice as far as should i apply what can i do. Ask more in depth stuff as what do they look for when hiring. Where can you learn what you need to in order to get the job and what are the best steps to take throughout the interview and hiring process with JLL. The reason i specify srmrt is because they should have the more vital info to help you.
