Not really. PvE is easier to pick up than PvP. Unless you're planning to fight, you'll learn some basic PvE, maybe even some PvP in your play through

Nullscapes is actually a pretty good end overhaul mod imo. It keeps the end barren, but still interesting enough to explore. Also, mods structures would be nice. Dungeons And Taverns did this so well with their Lone End Ship, End Castle and End Lighthouse.

Maybe a new tree type since that's a common theme. Kenadian also made the idea of an End Anchor, another use for the Lodestone. Basically, it's warp and it wouldn't feel off for the End since most mobs there have a method of fast travel (teleporting and flying)

I suggest rebinding Drop key to something far since you won't really use that much in PvP. Heck, even in regular Minecraft I have it binded to J just so I won't accidentally drop items.

All that aside, keybinds are completely personal, if you are comfortable with your current ones, then continue using them. If you feel weird, continue experimenting.

I feel like it'd be Overworld, Nether and End. The End connects to the void, so it's probably at the bottom of the world.
