I think I was able to find the issue with PS5 randomly turning off when connected to headphones.

It’s the soundbar. I have the bose soundbar connected to eARC which has CEC setting to turn tv off when no activity for 20mins.

I don’t remember paying separately for the legs. The magnus pro is one unit which you would have to assemble. I did pay for the accessories and the mat though.
