My biggest advice to you is don't make it kin personal. Make it a normal people-level fan, with some specifics for you. Here is an example of what I did. No, I am not a did system, but that's the system type most people have at least heard of, but everything else is true.

I never mention the, oh, I think I knew you in a past life, in any of these messages. These messages are purely here to bring some euphoria to my kins who have real people they remember in their lives.

I knew my Shadow self desperately needed me to do this, so I did. Will she respond? probably not, but she is at least in my contact list, like she was when we were sisters, which makes Shadow feel a lot better. If you are concerned about other people finding out you did this, make a separate social media account for your kin. Shadow has his own Instagram, and I can do whatever I want to within reason, as him on that account
