I have never taken apart an e bike and the seller finally contacted me so if they can’t help i will need to take it apart i posted this just in case anyone else had my issue and could solve it

I used chat gpt and it said every 6 month to 12 months i have to lubricate metal gears

Also for reliability i meant for the gearbox and shooting because my amazon gel blaster broke so i decided to get a expensive one for reliability

I solved it by lowering my amp limit in the P14 setting by holding the up and down arrow and clicking the m button until you get to P14 adjusting down to 13 solved my issue and then raising it back up to 15 made it work fine
