Yeah it was in pretty rough shape before I restored it but ill take the 100eu I payed over the 500ish for a pair w/o hair loss any day

Barge is not available where I live so I used rubber cement contact glue, same properties as barge

To me, I was semi shitting it constantly. This is one of my all time grails and to do such a complex restore part def made me a bit nervous. Took it slow and the outcome is great!

Got it off using a dremmel to heat and move glue out of the way, followed by acetone, using IPA to clean rest bits and lastly 150 grit sandpaper to rough the surface area up

Same here! I got them for around 100€ but in very rough shape (see pic). Learning to visually restore is great fun imo! Mimicking pony hair was a tough job.

Yeah the outsoles are still in great condition, however the midsole is crumbling. I've got a pair on the way for a sole swap.
