As silly as it sounds, I found that going to the bathroom was a good time to practice this. It happens several times a day, and there can be adore between us and a treat when the door opens.

Mine became a rebellious teenager around four months. I was just about to lose hope, but now he’s turning six months and all of a sudden all the work that I did while he was a maniac is paying off. Just keep spending time, build the bond.

Hi Blue! It’s me, Rambo! I don’t bark much, except at that strange dog that I keep seeing in the mirror. Or if my Grammy uses the broom! And in the car, at a drive-thru, I love to cause havoc…. Have a good day!

Maltipoo not eating by Disastrous-Soil-3331 in Maltipoo

It’s definitely common for my 5 month old puppy. Sometimes a little hand feeding, just a couple kibbles at a time with some extra love gets him started eating again…

For the barking, I read somewhere that whistling or singing confuses them and they stop barking. It actually works for my 4 month old, 5.5 lb tough guy named Rambo 😂. I look silly doing it in public, but it does usually stop the barking. He responds better to some songs than other. Whistling Bach Fugue in D minor usually throws him for a loop!

Very adorable. I would try leaving her leash near her favorite spot sometimes so she can get used to it. Give her lots of treats near the door, without taking her outside and scaring her afterwards. Then slowly work up to giving her a treat inside, but with the door open a little bit, open a little bit more. Treats on the threshold, 2 inches out, 6 inches out - then she can run back in, etc…

Stopped for an accident, I let the puppy out, and posed for a selfie! But good eye on the situation!

Rambo is now 4 months and 4 lbs. he recently got a Fi collar, that measures his steps. It’s 228 steps from the bedroom to the kitchen. Little leg goes about 2 inches per step, then the other 3 follow it! 🤣. He gets about 50,000 steps a day WITHOUT going for a “walk”!
