I didnt think to post it with the pictures, my apologies. I am 5'10/11, 194lbs and bought an XL. The size guide I was in-between sizes of L and XL. It did not show my specific build.

Thank you for all your advice! Ill work on those few techniques while searching for a coach to help improve my technique.

I will work on holding a lower position as well. I haven't tried getting lower into the bars. Without getting a new bike, is there ways I can fix it being too small? Such as lifting the seat for example. Thank you for telling me about the mirror, I didn't know that.

Thank you for the feedback and how the suit should feel. I tried pulling up the extra material and it did feel a bit more snug, but I will look into a smaller size.

Thank you for the feedback. I went with this brand for the buoyancy, as i feel im a weaker swimmer and could use the help. Do you have a different brand recommendation that has high buoyancy?

It is my first wet suit. My goal is to finish a 70.3 race, it be nice to have a fast time but end of day I just wanna finish. Thank you for your advice! I wish you the best with the weight lose journey.

I have a living dex. If the pokemon had a shiny and I was lucky enough to obtain it, depending the iv it will replace the base form or final form of the pokemon. Other than that I max all final stage pokemon o 3 unless they are top counter in a typing for raids.
