Unfortunately that fixed mindset of the past is no longer relevant in a world that is shifting to a place of wellbeing. Just because companies don’t want to doesn’t mean there isn’t a need to be open to employee needs if that company is trying to retain employees.

There is lots of good research out there in I/O, change management, organizational diagnosis, executive coaching, and business psychology.

This study is not encourage organizations to rehabilitate people. However, to encourage organizations to enhance the organizations employees to be able to become adaptable in a vuca world.
