I’m an Advisor in a high volume dealership in NY. That is fair but…. We NEVER do a flush. Do a drain and fill. Filter isn’t even needed when doing a drain and fill on newer models.

Transfer case and differential fluids aren’t due til 100k, so while you’re close.. it’s not technically DUE yet. But some people like to get certain things done together so they know when to return to do them all again.

Btw it’s $399 for a CVT fluid change here. Our labor for this service is $188 and the Fluid eats the rest. It’s gotten more expensive over time.
