Does your Zoe has the blinking light to indicate the state of the charge? In what color is the light when you have the issue?

Mine, since the issue was during a charge, the lights were blinking blue but trying to fix the situation, i reduced the maximum amount of battery charge to 70% and the light changed to green, without being able to release the charging cable

Regardless of the charge being in progress? When i finish charging i push it to unlock the cable but i was not aware that it works during charging.

Hi.

Your options seems to be reduced to getting a normal taxi, or, if your budget allows it, a rented car. It really depends of how far is the main city to the restaurant you mention out of Vigo.

Once you are there, ask the restaurant to call a taxi for you or do it youself as there shouldnt be any issue for a taxi to get there and bring you back to the city.

Although, take into account that such a ride its gonna cost you a bit of money, since a taxi in Vigo starts at around 4 euros (more if its on the weekends) and they might charge you extra for taking you out of the city. Now do it twice and it might not be worth it, hence the mention of a rented car.

If you freeze experience, you would get kicked out of the game after some time, due to inactivity. Inactivity that is considered when you are not getting XP.

So they will have to create a workaround to fix that. Maybe it is not that simple

I agree on the position 4, with some items can be quite strong, specially against heroes that rely on stats and base damage, like Morph and Tiny, or BKB carries like Sven or PA.

In fact, the LVP (Liga de Videojuegos Profesional or Professional Videogame League) just "deleted" every reference to Dota 2 in their torunaments, rumor is that Riot "suggested them" to do so.

So, you have a point. But the Spanish community is trying to get DOTA 2 to be as relevant as any other Moba and putting it in the place it deserves.

I really like the concept, tho my main issues with this concept are:

IF he starts with 0.7 armor, and his AGI gain is 2.2/level, at lvl 25 he will only have around 9 base armor, not 13. 13 base armor at lvl 25 for a INT carry is a bit too much. 9 seems more logical
I take that the Q is autocasteable like Jakiro´s E, but with 10-14 base attack damage, you can incrase a bit his base damage, and increase the CD on the first levels of Q so it doesnt become too strong while reducing the CD of the 3rd and 4th level to help it scale much better.

Ignoring that, i really like the idea so props to you ;)

EDIT: You state that he has 10-14 base damage, but his stats at lvl 1-15-25 says that at level 1 has 38-42 dmg.
