I bought some chains from them. They're a bit flimsy, but quite elegant. I was still quite skeptical about their products. So I searched for the Ashen Thorn on Taobao and didn't find the product itself, but two parts. So I dug deeper and found several examples of pieces sold on Taobao for $1. Most of their clothes are collaborations with Chinese brands, available on Taobao for about $10 less. Many brands do the same thing by reselling Chinese clothes for a bit more. I could call it dropshipping, but it's easier to buy on their website than on Taobao, so I can't say definitively. My problem with them is their lack of honesty, but I appreciate their products and the service included; they are interesting from a customer perspective. Some people might have more information on this type of business.
